I really like the look of this upper but it's been out of stock for a while everywhere because of manufacturing.

What's another good complete 4.5" 9mm upper?

Would prefer the 4.5" but also the only reason I was asking here is because I haven't found anyplace with complete short barrel 9mm ar uppers in stock.
