why is this a good idea for a glock mod?

I'm curious as to what peoples opinions are on this folding Glock. Personally I believe this is going to get someone shot before they are able to use it in a defense situation. I feel from a safety standpoint this could hurt the shooter before the bad guy. what says calguns?..........

So you have to draw and lock the grip/mag into place.... a Glock 43 or Sig P938 with 2 spare mags will be more compact and faster.
