Trick question because Bacon, is always the right choice That being said, if you want to shoot 9mm, get the 17L; if you want to shoot .40, get the 22.

Out of the Two choices 17L....depends what you want it for op those are pretty far apart as far as what you'd use them for.

Dunno man... I'd buy BOTH. The original 22RTF has the best texture. Noticeably better BITE than the new production RTF2. I'd take that 22 RTF, enjoy it. Also, I'd use the 17L slide on the 22 RTF frame when I want to shoot some 9mm. That's what I do with my 17L slide Get some Dawson sights for the 17L.

We have Glock 17s for home defense. For my recently acquired CHL I'm getting a Glock 26.
