First off, apologies to those who are not Roster exempt or living in a free state. But the more Calgunners having one of these, the better the chances that it will trickle to the non exempt peeps.

This model has been out of production for the last two or three years and have been hard to find. The CZ factory was reported to start its production again based on a military or police demand. The Phantom is almost identical to the SP-01 Tactical decocker model, with the exception of a polymer frame and a scalloped lightened slide. I just received a back-in-stock notice today:

Too bad it is only available in a decocker version, and I am thumb safety kind of guy, but even an old dog can learn new tricks!

Had one. Sold it. Great pistol, but some of my 75 mags wouldn't drop free as easy as others. And it isn't exactly the same as the decocker Sp01/P01 internally. Now that I'm in a better financial spot, I very much regret selling it.
If any of you can get one, get it.

It looks like the rest of the CZ's. Don't see the big deal about it. They have roster versions that are very similar.

LOL. I understand. One may feel the same way about Gen4/RTF/fish gill/OD Glocks and the different flavors of ARs, yet others feel passionate about the nuances.

Besides being a decocker, polymer frame and changeable back strap, yes it is very similar to the on roster version.
