    Many K22 Masterpiece (six-shot blued .22LR) revolvers are more than fifty years old, meaning that they are considered C&R (Curio & Relic), which also means that they are exempt from being on the certified roster. I have one. This means that you can find one out-of-state. You need to be sure that it is more than fifty years old, though, based on its serial number.

        Yes, you can get a 4" 617-4 or 617-6 imported into California, since they're on the list.

        Several of the ones listed on gunsamerica.com say they have the internal lock, and a few that have pictures of the left side show the lock right above the safety. Dunno when they started adding it, but the -5 and -6 has it.

          I guess I was fornuate, I have the 617-4 without a lock. Supprised the heck outta me, figured it would be there when I picked it up..noticed it wasnt and snuck it out of the shop real quick...lol Great shooter havent had any problems with it since I got it several years ago.
