Smith Shield: Any input on the Hyve vs. Apex trigger???

Other than price (which is a substantial difference), why one over the other?

I was not aware the Hyve put out a trigger kit for the Shield.

That's about all I got to say about that cuz I ain't drunken.

I have the apex trigger and have been very happy with it. I don't think there is a "substantial" price difference, as the hyve is strictly the trigger shoe. Only a $10 price difference there. The more expensive apex kits come with new springs, sear, etc.

Neither, there's nothing wrong with the trigger. Buy some ammo and practice

The Apex Trigger worked very well on my SD 9 ve. It was pretty easy to install and seem to help quite a bit. But I think it does void the warranty
