Dawson Precision?

The Tru-Glo TFX Pro (Tritium night site with fiber) front sight has a rounded edge on the front portion. My experience with Dawson and Hi-Viz fiber sights is that the front side of the sight will be square, and I believe all fiber sights will have that squared front to accommodate the installation of the rods.
That TFX Pro will be a set rather than just the front sight and it will be a lot more expensive that just a fiber front sight. It also won't be as bright as the usual fiber sight because they have more fully enclosed the tube to prevent damage which will bring in less ambient light. Given that you indicated this might be used in a carry situation, the protection of that fiber might be an important factor - which is one of the reasons I chose this sight which I have mounted on a CZ-P01.Send Lawyers, Guns and Money - On second thought, hold the Lawyers.Comment
