    I need an HK 45

As the title says, im looking for a way to purchase an HK45 handgun. I know it is not on the list but ive heard of people still being able to acquire one in California...

    Any info is appreciated

Also, if the HK45 is a no-go? how good is the USP45? What other .45acp to consider?

PPT or, if you have a parent, grandparent, or child out of state, you can look into a intra-familial transfer.

Just keep looking in the CalGun marketplace. One will pop up for sale but with an inflated CA Premium attached to it.

You can buy a HK USP Expert if you want something similar but just not as good in the ergo department as the HK45.

Best production pistol I've had. Well worth looking for.

In my experience the HK45 doesn't command much of a premium on the Marketplace. It's why I still have mine despite not shooting it as much as the USP.

Just offer $$$ in a WTB post, and people will come out of the woodwork to sell you theirs.

For example, for $5K, not only will I sell you my LEM HK45, but I'll toss in a VP9 to sweeten the deal.

Granted, the amount that it'll take to pry my HK45 from me is 'up there' but it illustrates the point that to get one of your own is just a question of $$$. I'm sure that you'll be able to snag one for $1500 to $2000.

Picked one up a few months ago nearly new for $1250......just be patient. On another note the usp in 45 is also an excellent choice it's one of my favorites on the roster. Either one expert or usp

Yup I second this. I have both the HK45 and a USP45 and I actually shoot the USP way more. I threw a match trigger in there and it is a thing of beauty. If they made a match trigger for the HK45 I would be all over it.

Well, if you know the right people maybe you can pick up the one that was stolen from me last year.

Like others have said, the marketplace is your friend. I sold mine last year before I left CA.

Srsly, I need a mk23 so I can get a CCW for my USP Expert and have it feel compact.
