Due old age and not enough time I thinning the herd. Need a guestimate on the value of a 1942 Walther PP. Waa 359 marked. 7.65 mm. Original marked mag. Excellent bore, no rust or pitting. Overall excellent condition for it's age.

You might email a pic or 2 to Dennis Kroh at Empire Arms and see if he can give you a ballpark number. He's been in the business for years, knows more about California C&R legalities than the majority of California gun owners, is scrupulously honest, and a good guy to boot.
A quick look at Gunbroker just now shows asking prices for the gun from ~ $500 to $900...another reason why I might seek an asking price from a professional.
