I just had my LGS put a replacement set of night sights on my alloy P230SL. Its a standard Sig size. With the new sights and the Hogue grips it sure feels nice to shoot.

Buy a couple of extra magazines and your set!

Funny how pricey these things got when SIG stopped exporting them for poor sales in the U.S. Take it away, and everybody wants one! It is hella sexy looking, and has the reputation for being a very well made pistol. Still, seems heavy for the size. Not crazy about the mag release, especially if you're in a hurry to reload after 7 (or 8) shots.
If I had the P232 on my CCW license, I'd still reach for my Shield 9mm or XDs 45.

Really a nice shooting .380, we have one and Carrie has it on her CCW. The DA/SA is perfect for concealment methods that don't offer the protection of kydex for instance. Purse, vest pocket etc.
Buy made in USA whenever possible.

I have one and use it for deep concealment like under a sport coat at a dinner date. Or hot days. Federal HST 90 grain are my load of choice. I don't anticipate getting in a firefight. So one extra magazine is typically what I carry with it in case of a malfunction.

RANGER 295 this is RANGER 20... Roger Ranger...

The 232 is a fine 380 big enough to fit your hand and with it's blow back design they are amazingly accurate. I've had a few and they were easy to carry and shoot well. A spare single stack mag is easy to carry as a backup
If 380 is your thing... you'd be hard pressed to get a better gun. Everything is a trade off. The 232 fits a nitch that you currently don't have filled. The 232 handles very well and will be a useful addition to your choices.. The 226 and 232 share the same manual of arms sans the mag release.

              Ranger 20 OUT.
