Magazine Block recommendation?

I am sure this has been beat to death but I cannot find the thread(s) with a search.

Let's assume that a friend's cousin's roommate has grandfathered standard cap mags and doesn't want to spend a zillion dollars on replacing them with 10 rd mags. What commercial products would you recommend to her?

If they don't have a block to fit yours, you can send them the magazine and they will make one custom.
