So can I convert a Kimber Stainless II to any other caliber besides .22LR. It's currently a .45ACP of course I was just wondering if I can do like 10mm or something like that with little modification. Thanks for the info.

Sure you can. All you need to do is get another slide and barrel and have them fitted to the frame. You may have to change the ejector and the extractor also. Since Kimber doesn't sell slides, you will have to get another brand of slide.
It would be a better idea to get another gun in the caliber you want.
