I own both. I prefer the 23c more. Size is just perfect. 22c no point when we have magazine capacity. Even if we didn't the 23c can accept any larger capacity magazines

My first small glock. This 23c should be interesting. Currently I have 2 g22, 1 g35. G17 on order.
Seen the g23c for sale on a Facebook page. Price was a bit on the high side.

Don't here much about the 'c' models anymore especially in .40.

Only c I own is a 2002 made 22c, that has been absolutely outstanding. I've got more rounds fired with that gun then any other Glock I own. It is a smooth running machine, I am not recoil sensitive and own many .40 Glocks as well as .45 and 9mm. I have found my .40 Glocks to be the most reliable of all.

The c models do as advertised, they do soften the recoil some. For me the 22c recoil is on a par with the 35. I shoot regular 23s and 27s often, personally don't need or really care about the recoil difference. But they are neat guns, I'd pick up a 23c if the price was right.

But remember if you shoot it in the dark you will be night blind for the rest of your life from the nuclear fireball shooting out of the top of your barel. Also it will most likely blow the front site clean off your slide. Ha Ha, I always get a kick out of the drama queens that say that type of stuff about the c models. At most if you got a FO front sight as I do, you'll have to wipe it off every couple hundred rounds.
Im a warmonger baby, I got blood in my eyes and I'm looking at you.

Lol, I plan on making some really hot titegroup loads just for the 23c. Rotfl.
Serious note that g22 has been keeping me up. I do love my 36 and 22 however the tough of getting another c model is intreging.
My g22 is a rtf2 with gills. I don't really like shooting the g22 only because it is somewhat rare.

I wouldn't worry about it, I have a 17 rtf2 I shoot often. Your not going to devalue it, the only difference between a Glock with 1000 rounds fired and one with 15000 rounds fired is that the later runs even smoother.

I like the 22, currently have three the c, a gen 4 and a DE gen 3. I'm not limited to 10 round mags and often do full mag dumps with the 22 round extended Glock mags and aftermarket 30 rounders. My G-22s eat it up and ask for more.

Dang 3? Lol yessssss. Good to hear others have a g22 issue as well.
                Nice gen 4?
I do like the rtf2. Very grippy. The gills are just a added plus.

While I prefer the Rtf2 to the standard gen 3 grip, the gen 4 grip texture is my favorite. I'm actually not a fan of the rtf2 gills, I find them to be not very grippy. Function wise they would of worked better had they reversed the direction.

Here's my 22c with my dark earth gen 3 22.

Add my 17rtf2 and gen4 dark earth 17.
