Springfield 1911 loaded target 9mm mags?

Can you guys help me on what mags work well specifically with the SA loaded tathet 9mm? Iv read some forums but none are specific to the springfield, mostly people talking about the kimber. Your help is greatly appreciated. Head mixed reviews on wilson etm's and good stuff on tripp's. Thanks

All 3 of what you listed are good mags.. truth is, every gun is a little different. Up to you to decide which functions best in yours. Does yours not function with stock mags?

I use Tripp Research in mine but, I've heard others swear by Wilson Combat while some still use Chip McCormack !

Call tripp and talk to then directly about what mags work best. I run their 38 super mags in my springer 9mm without issue.

Both stock metalforms work with mine.. haven't tried the other 4 I received from promotion yet though.

What issues are you having with yours? Or are you just in the market to purchase new mags because that's what you want?

Of about 250 rounds shot so far 3 fail to go into battery mid mag. First 150 rounds shot flawlessly. This is why im looking for aftermarket options.

Had issues with 2 of the 4 free mags from the "gear up" promo, the 2 that came with the gun ran flawlessly but only put 150 through them, put another 100 through 2 of 4 free mags.

Are you using the OEM two-piece guide rod? I'd first change it to the GI guide rod.

I have the stock ones and some wilsons, put 1,000 rounds through it since I got it last month with zero issues.

I'm ignorant to this and hear it brought up often, I just purchased my first 1911 so new to the platform. What are the benefits of the one piece or gi?

My friend recently got the same gun. His factory mags ran fine. They are 9 rounders right?

Was the issue you experienced happening with one specific mag?

And, I have used WC, Brownells brand, and original Springfield mags without any issues.

What did you use for majority of rounds?

Yes sir stock 9 rounders, the issue I experienes was it would partially load thr round in the chamber and halfway lock the slide. I had to drop the mag (not sure if it was necessary but i did) and then manually pull the slide back to clear the round. Put mag back in and operated normally.
