the right price

Can someone give me a resource where to find pricing or reference to price a couple of guns I am considering selling - i tried blue book- but not exactly that helpful... most everything in that are lower priced except the relic stuff.

I want to do the homework so i can list appropriately- not expensive- not too cheap but FAIR value

I have been looking around but really -gunbroker is that the best gauge?
