Full size 1911 grip.

What's the thinnest grip available out there?
I know les Baer thunder ranch grips are thin. But what else.

Most grip manufactures offer then grips. They are usually 3/16" versus the standard 1/4". Also, thin grips will require replacing the bushings with shorter ones.

I purchased thin grips from VZ for my carry 1911 and really like them.

On the topic of VZ grips, anyone know which VZ grip is on the MC Operator? Been driving me crazy and I'm not talking about the pachmayr wrap around grip.

You mean the new grips they put on the newer MC Operator model with the octogrip front strap checkering?

These were the closest I can find. The slants and pattern is on point but the color of the grips is what is off.

Can't find them in the regular OD green. Just the dirty OD
