Did you do the work or have it done.? Either way...nice.

        Yeah... just minor stuff.

And you are holding out on pics... let's see closeups of all the work you did.
The only thing I woukd question is the reduced power hammer spring. Does it feel better?

I did all the work myself by hand.

I wasn't doubting you. Just saying that I can't see it in the pics you posted. I like looking at what others do since I like doing things myself too.

Oh, and now I see you were replying to someone else. lol. Sorry

              Mosin

not holding out on pics, I really suck with a camera, tried to take some but they were blurry and bad, going to get my wife to take some for me. As far as the spring goes I never shot it stock, just took the advice a friend who is a pistolsmith and went from there.

Oooohhh, too late now, but I would have recommended that you shoot it stock first and then once the rework is complete just to have a point of reference to compare the result to.

I am surprised at the recommendation for a reduced power hammer spring. Even more so since it doesn't seem you have actually complained about something (since you haven't shot it stock).

                Did he say why?

Due to the shortened mainspring in a Springfield ILS equipped gun, I got rid of the ILS mainspring housing and went to a standard and he suggested the reduced power Wolff spring, didn't ask why, put it in and it feels really nice.

Well, he probably knows better. But the slide is likely going to strike the frame with a little more authority... how reduced is your reduced hammer spring. What rating?

                    Anyway, pics pics pics!!!

I love mine as it came and can't think of a reason to mess with it.

But if it makes you happy, it's your money.

^^ That's what I think, too. Reading the OP's list, I kept wondering "why?"
