RD sight and slide mill work

Is the G43 RD ready, or does it need milling to mount RD sights? Also, should this baby get custom slide mill work? Give me your thoughts. Thanks.

Because I see some Glock with slide mill work and it looks trendy. RD sight looks cool too.

With the Dueck Defense Mount, you can RDS a G43. The mount uses the rear sight dovetail.
