When it comes to CZ's, what's harder to find?

    SP-01

    CZ 75B SA

Either way it would seem the SP-01 is in more demand mainly due to the looks.

In SoCal, I believe the 75B SA is harder to find.

I personally prefer the SP-01 not because of the look but of the weight and light rail. It is more suitable for an HD weapon.

Ok here's another question if you had a SP-01, P-01 and SA, and only were going to keep one which would it be and why??

I never shoot any of mine so considering consolidating.

I have a 75b SA, it's comparable with a 1911. Looks and shoots great and has a very nice and clean trigger with pretty good sights. Ambi safety is easy to manipulate and mags are super reliable.

Personally I really dislike the full dust cover, but that's what everyone else wants. So if you're selling, ditch the SP-01 for a quick sale, then the P-01, and keep the SA.

I like my sp01 best, then Sao then p01. aluminum frame czs make me flaccid.

I like to refer to the 75 SA as an on-roster unicorn. Just sold one today to a guy who traveled 3 hours for it....He's happy, I'm happy.

I'm considering keeping the SP-01 for HD, keeping the SA for the range with the thinner CZ custom grips and custom shop trigger to reduce the take up and selling the P-01 since I will never take it to the range with so many better options.

Sell the SP-01 and with the money buy a shotgun for HD, a few boxes of good 00 buckshot, a case of 9mm for your SA, plus you'll have range fees and gas/lunch money to spare.

Shotgun isn't necessarily the best choice for HD. It really depends on your living space.

If someone bought my sp01 I'd buy your SA. But you should keep the SA man. It's sick.

But I'm probably keeping my sp01. Can you post a pic of yours with your grips?

Statistically shotgun is the best choice. Unless you have some specialized need, in which case you already know what you need.

00 buck is 9 .30 cal pellets traveling about 1300fps within approx 4" group at 10 yards, and a 9mm bullet is a .356 cal bullet traveling about 1100fps.

If you're referring to "over penetration", shotguns and handguns are near identical in performance, handgun perhaps penetrate more.

I need to have my other hand free, if the situation dictates it.

You aint hitting **** one handed with a pistol in the dark under stress corralling your family blah blah blah blah fantasy stuff.

No need to complicate stuff, either your life is in danger and confronting a threat or you're not.

                              lol shotgun.

                              Doesn't everyone already have a Remington 870???

You would be better served with a Tavor if you want the discussion to shift in that direction, and yeah you can have both so no need to argue the point. Let's get back to CZ's
