Ppq upgrades?

Has anyone added anythinh to their ppq? Ive added a light in attempt to tame the muzzle flip

I put some Trijicon night sights on mainly because they are metal. I haven't experienced any more noticeable "muzzle flip" than I have with my Glock. Perhaps some wrist exercises would help?

The first time I shot my sons PPQ 5" was at a USPSA event. I didn't notice the muzzle flip, just read about it on the internet. Wonderful kid saw how much I liked the PPQ so he gave it to me.

Is yours the 4 or 5 inch? I have a Q5 match (upgraded 5") and it's a very soft shooter. You can also try different ammo, Winchester train or defend is supposed to have lower recoil.

Trijicon HDs to replace the chintzy plastic sights. I find reports of the PPQ's muzzle flip to be greatly exaggerated.

If a PPQ in 9mm has too much muzzle flip (it does have more than a G19) strengthen your grip. Will help in all aspects of shooting.

I bought two 5 inch PPQ and found it just didn't fit well in my hand. Went back to g34 for IDPA/uspsa production.

I carry my PPQ everyday. I've changed the sights to Trijicon HD's, heard about the BT Guide Rods, but haven't wanted to spend the $.

Spend the money on ammo & go practice.

Call me crazy though, I think the trigger pull is too light on the PPQ. I've grown accustomed to the mushy predictable stop on a STOCK Glock trigger, right before it breaks. Same spot every time on any Glock. Yes, I'm crazy...

the BT guide rod is well worth it IMO
