Has anyone heard from TTI or had a firearm worked on by TTI recently? I sent a gun in about a month ago for stippling, and in the mean time, I found out that my work was relocating me to another state. I have been trying to get a hold of TTI for about a week now and haven't heard back. I've emailed several times, called 4 times throughout the day, messaged them on Facebook and Instagram and haven't gotten a response yet.

Starting to get a little concerned that the frame will be returned to a state that I no longer live in, which obviously would be a problem.

I finally got a hold of them, and they competed work and shipped my items back. They're moving premises and haven't been keeping up with phone calls and emails well during the transition. All is well!

Since I have a complete opposing opinion towards this statement I will add.

I have met him and talked to him on the phone several times. He is an outstanding ambassador for the shooting sports. Very down to earth and genuinely a good dude.

His products are obviously well regarded. His background and accomplishments with regards to competition is as impressive as they come.

I feel he is entitled to a little arrogance although I have never witnessed it.

Not defending him, but ....hes a human being, and im sure he has good and bad days. He might be a major A-hole, but its not his job to be super nice guy to everyone he meets.

I don't know him, but met him at a glock match a few years ago when he handed me some discount coupons.
Ive seen him shoot at the 3gun championship in vegas a few years ago.
He seems like an ok guy.

I squadded with Taran at Superstition in AZ a couple of years ago. He was very friendly and very helpful. He definitely raised my game.
