Was wondering if I can PPT a handgun from one of my buddies that may have a felony case pending. Couldn't find any info about it. Any insight would be great. Thanks.

Yes he can sell it. He just can't buy guns if he is under felony indictment or had a felony case filed on him by a prosecutor.Comment

I wouldn't touch that with a 10-foot pole.Comment

Due to changes in the law, the courts frequently allow guns taken by LEO to be returned to the individual to be sold or transferred to a new legal owner...
If he has legal issue, run it past his attorney and then process the PPtRule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED
Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)
Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET
Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT
