I can't say a GOOD one, but I ordered a lower parts kit from trickglocks on Jan 26 and didn't get a tracking number until Feb 1 and USPS didn't have possession of it until Feb 3. It' is shipping USPS Priority which is what I paid for, so I expect it Feb 6.

I don't know the quality and completeness of the parts kit yet, but I think it's pretty odd to have a seven day float between order date and shipping date for an online store. The charge showed up on my card on 1/30. I'll report back when I get the parts with their quality.
