    HK usp expert 9mm

I just purchased a HK USP expert 9mm. How much are these sought after, how often are these in production? Are these limited runs?

wow! you won't see this in California because its off roster, so it is rare to find and will be expensive.

In a free state, you can buy those all day long for $1,150. Here in CA since it's off roster, people are asking anywhere from $1600-$2000. Especially since the caliber of choice is 9mm here.

If it comes with magwell and weight adjuster, I would guess $2K.

Yes they only make them every few years and since it's off roster it's really rare in CA. I would say NIB Will go for $2500.

What caliber suits this gun better 9 or 45?

never had a 45 but the 9mm is a tack driver. and in the free states with he JF holds 18 rounds.

This may be replacing my m&p 9 gen 1. Anybody shoot both that can tell me which has less recoil and better trigger? I haven't picked up my usp yet.

                    I've shot both.

M&P trigger is better than Expert double action trigger.

Expert single action trigger is better, by a mile, than M&P trigger.

HK’s USP Expert, which was introduced in 1998, delivers superior accuracy by combining the best features of the USP Match, USP45 Tactical, and the Mark 23 in

You're comparing apples to oranges... M&P is a striker and H&K is a hammer... the HK also costs more than twice as much as the M&P... 5" HK barrel vs 4.25" M&P barrel... HK also uses a paddle mag release which alot of people do not like...

In terms of accuracy, I am sure they will both be accurate enough....You need to shoot them both and decide for yourself which is more accurate for you and how you feel about the recoil..Im pretty both will suit you just fine regardless

.45 is my choice caliber so it follows...

these pistols shoot 230 grains like cream puffs, very pleasant to shoot and very accurate..

                            I love this picture, 4mags / 48rds

I started out with nothing - and I still have most of it

And a lot of people really do like. A specific advantage to this magazine release is by using the middle finger of your shooting hand, you push the release downward (the motion direction designed into the release). This drops the magazine quickly, leaving your support hand to feed another magazine into the grip. Your shooting hand never leaves the grip or sacrifices the immediate ability to pull the trigger. This is a notable tactical advantage.
