    S&W Victory .22

I did a forum search and nothing came up on this, so apologies if it has been discussed before.

I am reading a lot of very positive reviews on this relatively new .22 pistol from S&W. Does anyone know if it can be legally purchased by us peasants and serfs here in Pelosifornia, or outside Taxifornia and shipped to a Calif. FFL?

I'd like to get my hands on one.

You and I have a rendezvous with destiny. We'll preserve for our children this, the last best hope of man on earth, or we'll sentence them to take the last step into a thousand years of darkness. (Ronald Reagan, 1964)

Sorry Go Navy. Don't think it's gonna happen unless exempt. If it's new and cool in California, Forget about it.

Hunt the marketplace daily and maybe you'll get lucky and find one. I got lucky some months ago and found a Ruger Mark IV from awesome fellow member. Good luck with your quest!

Yeah we'd all love one, but not gonna happen unless you buy used.

Nope. Your only hope is a free state that was dumb enough to move to Kalifornia.
        Then they PPT it.

I found one!.. I love it.

Got any parents or kids out of state?
They can gift one to you, you cannot pay for it.

Must be shipped to a CA FFL.

The Victory has a much nicer look than Ruger's latest iteration of its .22 pistol .

Ruger's new pistol looks too bulky.

I just got my Victory out of 10 day a week ago. It shoots really well and the take down is pretty simple.
Buying a safe and sane firework is like paying a hooker for a hug. I do not see the appeal in it.

Yes indeed. It is a very good shooting gun. Nice trigger, decent sights, good balance and easily removed magazine disconnect.

How does a gun get added to the olympic/sporting exemption list?

Really? Yes, I could set that up.

Buckmark will fill in well. Old .22 can be found pretty easy Belgium Brownings, Colt Woodsman, might cost you more money.

Get a S&W Model 41. You will never regret it.
