    Springfield 1911 Magazines.

i just purchased Springfield 1911 Magazines....i had to take the rubber buttplates off them because they were too thick and my magwell got into the way....are there any other brands that i can purchase that would screw right into these? maybe wilson?

Pachmayr made rubber pads that work well. You can also use generic plastic pads. Both work well for my 1911.

Kimber Pro Tactical mag buttpads work well. I used my leftover extrathick pads on my Springfield mags just fine.

Check out Metalform rubber buttpads. They're available at Brownell's website.
