    Firestar M43 9mm

I bought a Firestar m43 9mm a few weeks back from a friend and took it out yesterday for the first time. I had the M40 .40 S&W back when they first came out sold it and wished I never had. The M43 is a little heavy compared to the light sub frame guns of today but that extra weight and being 9mm makes this a pleasure to shoot I think this is going to have to go on my carry list now. What a great gun.

Had one of the first blued ones way back when and damn I wish I still had it; the Starvel finished one (like yours) is on my 'someday' wish list.
      Great little guns.

Nice guns- the heaviness being both good and bad. They were very small for the time they were made and sold- the original compact 9mm.

I got the exact same model, have had it since the early 90's. Great little sub compact.
