    ROSTER OR NOT ON ROSTER???

Ad kinda makes it sound like it is IDK??

Roster shows compact type M which I believe is the single stack model, this is the regular double stack.

Comes with a 13 round magazine... probably not on the roster. Also, I would think that "compact type m" is not "compact."

Oh, I just found this on their website. "Our warehouse is open to law enforcement & military personnel only."

    But what do I know...

      Yep, not on roster.
their ad says they'll replace the 13 round mags for 10 round mags free of charge and the type m is a single stack compact Beretta 92, either way 99% sure it's off roster

Ya, I just saw that... ask a CA FFL if you want to know for sure if the SKU of that pistol is on roster.

It would suck if they send it from nevada and the FFL has to send it back.

It's a gray area. Some ffl's stopped replacing the mags and refuse to DROS new off roster merely because the part number is off. Check with the receiving ffl to make sure they are willing to do that.

Anything to make a sale? Check with your ffl first. Don't want to pay the restocking fee or lose your DROS fees. Better safe than sorry.
