So i sent in my paperwork to register my handguns and rifles as a new CA resident. I have yet to hear back from them, its been 3 months. Now I want to part with one of my firearms. Do I have to wait for some kind of confirmation before I can sell it? Or can I go ahead and find a buyer now? Any info will be greatly appreciated.
