Polycase homepage seems out of date, not showing their current offerings.
Their ammo is cheaper than other companies.
It is frangible, sold as being safe to use on steel plate.
It is supposed to have better terminal effects than hardball.
It is supposed however have lots of penetration.
Based on youtube videos all of the above is true, but they have competition in this type of ammunition. At first Polycase was expensive, sold in boxes of 25. Now for not too much more it comes in normal size boxes of 50.
One video shows a gal walking up to a steel plate shooting all the way, her last shot at the plate is I would say 24" away. She implies she would never dream of doing that stunt this using hardball.
Videos (Youtube) show 11 to 14 inch penetration with 380 and a whole lots more with 9mm.
None of the videos (from private users, I have seen about 7 on Youtube) showed any problems of feeding in their automatics. They all say they found it reliable.
