That is a fantastic stippling job -the cleanest, most uniform (completely uniform) but I'd still prefer grip tape, and for $90/side... I'd put that towards my next gun.

The uniformity is key. Looks awesome. And they are in CA. I called and talked with a guy. Very friendly. It's not cheap, but quality rarely is. He said they could do scrollwork on slides also. I may be making a trip to Santa Rosa.

with larger caliber guns, check out the effect of the stippling on your hands when you fire a hundred+ rounds at the range.

Unless you "operate" with gloves, stippling is unnecessary and destroys the value of the gun. As stated above, shoot 150 rounds with stippling sans carpenter's callouses, then we'll talk.

As an aside, VP9. No stipple awesome.

looks good. I called them. they said about 200 for a simple stipple job. more for logos, images and special patterns.

id do it, for another 200, I might opt for another gun.
