    My recent 10mm additions

Both were ppt I found on calguns.

Glock 40. Im going to order taller sight soon. Hopefully the burris holds up.

S&W 310. I cant wait to try it out. I wonder if its going to be painfill to shoot. Ill load up some factor sig ammo for myself and let my friends shoot the underwood. [emoji1]

You're gonna have to take off that red dot if you want to install suppressor height sight, the red dot will get in a way. For the money better get vortex viper. Burris is going to disappoint you in 10mm.

Why will the burris get in the way?

How are you planning on taking off and installing the rear sight? You're gonna use a rig like ameriglo sight pusher or universal tool. The red dot will not fit in to a jig. It's been tried before you.

High powered pistol rounds are pointless out of a snub nose. They kick like a mule and don't reach anywhere near their potential. The long slide glock is money though.

Thanks for the info, at least it easy to take off. I may try the vortex eventually but I had the burris from the rebate last year. Btw do you own a glock mos gun, and what sigh did you go with? Im probably going to go with Dawson

Youre gonna love that G40. The snubby is a good upclose backup or a nightstand gun although it's true won't reach the caliber's potential. For a home defense it'll knock the burglars off their feet by sound concussion alone. Excellent choices.

My first G40 MOS had trijicon suppressor sights and vortex viper. I ruined it's slide by marring when installing them irons. Then the mos plate broke in half due to improper re-seating and over tightnening the screws. So pay attention when you're putting red dot/plate back on. Also I run a G17 MOS same trijicon irons and vortex.

They are both terrible. I will dispose of them for you post-haste.

                      Congrats.

Love that 310! I have a 1006 and it great, you'll be hard pressed to have a nice one fall in your lap, but if you can score a 310, you are already living a charmed life. Consider a Glock 20C. I have a couple, and really like em as well.
