If you buy some of the compact glocks like the glock 30 or 29, they come standard with 10 rounders. That way you won't have the same issues with the glock 10 conversions that some people tend to have.

Agreed. I'd be defiant about eliminating my GLOCK mags too.

Thousands and thousands of rounds through my mags and never a problem either, and that's training and shooting IDPA with the mags hitting the dirt constantly, not bench shooting.

Are you kidding? There use to be thread after thread about Glock 10 round mags not working correct. Something to do with the follower being different than standard capacity. People would say, call Glock and ask for the follower with some specific part number on it..

Glock 19 10 round factory mags. The worst in feeding JHP. Regular FMJ were fine though.

I would try to buy pistols that were designed to be used with 10 ( or less) round magazines.

I'll have to find that thread, curious if they changed something or what. All my ten rounders are new(er) so maybe they updated the follower.

My anecdotal evidence is they work well, both with FMJ and JHP.

XD 45 factory 10 rounders have always been good to me. They are also interchangeable with the XDM 45.

The Beretta factory 10 round mags that I bought for my 92 work great, no issue getting the last round in.

The factory Glock mags I bought for my G22 should be labeled 9 rounds! Getting the 10 th one in there is a beotch.

CZ and Beretta 92 mags are reliable. MecGar makes them also. I think SIG and XD use the same basic magazine as the CZ and Beretta except the mag lock location is different, and the top where it angles.

1911 45ACP mags are fairly reliable.

The blocked mags and the OEM mags are different.
