Hey guys, I'm little confusing about the 10 days waiting period for the DROS process. In 10 days process weekends are counted? because last jan.29, 2009. i fully paid and DROS my first XD40, and the guy from the gun store told me to go back on feb.9,2009.

it's 10 24 hr preiods starting at the time your DROS goes through, look at your DROS printout for the time and date.Comment

The waiting period for is ten full 24 hour days from the date and time of the submission of the DROS to the DOJ. You can pick it up exactly 10 days later from when you filled out the paperwork.Originally Posted by Wherryj
