Well, finally bought a "Compact," a little unusual but not rare.
Got it out of jail yesterday. No idea when I'll have time to shoot it, oh well.

I have a CZ P-01 and it is probably the best shooter I currently own. Such great ergonomics, and easy to work on if you want to customize it.

The one you bought is the one called PCR right?

It is cool to have the decocker in my opinion, and as you said, these are tough to find - took me a year to find mine!

Nope. That is a compact with a rail. I think it's all steel frame compared to the p01's alloy frame.

But I agree. I love the idea of decockers

Compact D (with rail), as the P01 is known outside of the USA (though the name is starting to creep to other countries, including CZ's home market).

It's a European P-01. Aluminum frame. I think these are just Euro over run's sent to the US.
The steel framed one has a safety. Hoping to snag the steel framed one before they sell out.

As far as the roll mark a believe you are correct. The P-01 and the PCR can both come with CZ 75 D roll marks on the slide.

Although that may be true, I thought we found out it was a steel frame compact with a rail. Not a "euro p01".....

I think the "Mini SP-01" Comes with "CZ75 Compact CAL.9 LUGER" on the slide. At least the ones i have seen.

OP, Consider polishing the internal and installing CGW spring kit(main spring, FP spring, FPB spring, and trigger return spring). They lighten both DA and SA trigger pull, for less than $50.
