I'll throw out that I waited over 5 hours total at Parallax Tactical and already had the item preordered with the owner prior to stepping foot in the door. The first time I waited 65 minutes before even being acknowledged and there was literally 2 transactions in front of me. The first guy was buddies with the sales dude and they were bull****ting about hot tubs for more time than it took for me to fill out my papers. Again, the gun was already ordered, all I had to do was fill out papers. Then when I went to pick up, I was in the store for 80 minutes before I even got a simple "have you been helped" and that only happened because the guy that showed up 4 after me was asked if he had been helped and he said I was there before him. .

Are you really skinny? So skinny that when you turn sideways, you turn into duo dimension and can't be seen? And how's the condition of your vocal cords?

Really odd that you weren't seen or heard for 5 hours. Maybe you're an urban ninja.

Was that all worth the $30 I saved on the gun. NOPE. Won't be back. That place could use a ticket system rather than a "Hey, Joe!" "Oh, hey, go ahead and step in front of all these other dudes that have been here way longer than you."

Again, the gun was preordered, prepaid, done deal. I don't even need to look at the damn thing. Just sign, say NO a bunch of times, and GTFO.

Wiser Owl/Gunfighter has always been WAY better with their customer service and handling stuff and they are a couple blocks away.

Hell, DGM on Morena took 7 minutes from the time we walked in to the time we left doing a PPT. Why should it take over an hour for Parallax and Turners to do the same thing?

Yes, stores are nuts right now. But, you guys are saying if you ordered a hot dog at a restaurant and had to wait 5 hours to get it, it was your fault because you should have just ordered it 6 months ago. That is ridiculous.

I certainly hope you don't go through life like that....speak up, man!

It's nice to be courteous, but when none is shown your way in return, then speak up. How can you be that passive?
