What is my Colt Python Elite Worth?

Colt Python 6 inch Stainless

Purchased in 1999, have about 30 rounds through it, like new. No need to sell, just curious how much is it worth? If I do decide to sell what should I price it at? What will it actually sell at it?

I'll give you $100 jk, but seriously it only worth what someone will pay for it. I see Pythons going for couple grand on the marketplace but it doesn't mean they are getting that price. If you aren't going to sell it I wouldn't worry about the price. It will change by the time you are going to sell it anyways. Hopefully it appreciates as supply dissipates.

As much as someone is willing to pay. Kind of like real estate. There are all kinds of crazy numbers out there and if you look in the classifieds you'll see unsold bumped Pythons/Anacondas which means they are either over priced or the right buyer with deep pockets just hasn't come along yet. There was a time, if priced right, Colt snakes only lasted minutes in the classifieds. Doesn't seem to be the case currently.
