I just hate spending $1700-1900 for a gun that's priced at $900 before the stupid law change

^^^OP is right but if you only had money to buy one go with the mark 23...you won't regret it.

I'd say MK23 but I already have the Scorpion. MK23 is the gun of Solid Snake.

For those saying MK23, I don't get it, if he wants both shouldn't he buy a CZ Scorpion pistol now and then buy the MK23 after so he ends up with both? Why choose the MK23 now and after year end unable to buy the CZ Scorpion pistol after.

MK23 for the threaded barrel might be a reason

Mark 23 if you want to register it as an AW to get use of the threaded barrel next year.

Ah yeah, I was talking with OP and he wanted to register as AW for threaded barrel like you guys said. I would choose MK23 now, especially how overpriced Scorpion pistols are in Cali.

The only fun way to get use of the threaded barrel is a suppressor.

I'm curious how one would register a Mk. 23 as an AW and then be able to have a suppressor in CA as an individual.

I have a Mk. 23, my vote is Mk. 23, don't register. Buy a second OEM threaded barrel, de-thread it, keep original serial numbered barrel original and don't use it.

No suppressor - no point. Screw on a fake can? LOL
