H&K USP 45 Compact V7

Maybe I'm not reading something right, but I need some clarification. I looked at the California Handgun Roster, and don't see the USP 45 Compact V7 listed, so I can't buy that from a dealer, right? Well I found some websites like sportsmanwarehouse.com listing this pistol as *CA compliant*. I figure something may not be up to date or I'm not reading something right.

Input is greatly appreciated. I would really love to own one of these if it's legal to do so.

Not sure about the roster but I'm pretty sure you can convert a regular USP to LEM

all the way at the bottom, several models are listed as "*CA Compliant*"

The only Variant 7 of the USP line is the full size in 9mm. I converted my USP Compact to Lite LEM. Conversion kit is about $150.
