Instead of smart guns, how about some smart elected officials

What I attempted to compare was when this gun "Armatix" 9m smart gun becomes available 2017 and distributed to some of the gun stores. Making all semi-autos fall off the California approved handguns roster. This is what California lawmakers been waiting for... A swipe of his/her pen the governors decade law will now become law for new gun sellers/purchasers
I read where Brown is going to mandate the sale of such guns, but not force purchase, but he will starve us all out.

Part 2, Was we'll all be needing to purchase hi cap revolvers.. Thus the link

Sorry if I confused you all..

                      Ah.

The existence of a 'smart gun' will not "Mak[e] all semi-autos fall off the California approved handguns roster." with current law.

No indication I have seen that Brown has that intention. Newsom, however ...

That would take new law from the Legislature. Another rollercoaster ride next year, perhaps.
