Charter Arms bulldog .357

Just saw a blued charter arms bulldog .357 w/ 4'' barrel at a local store .. they are asking $199, is it a good deal ? I'm way over budget on guns for now, but perhaps someone else could grab it if its a deal.

I have not asked to handle it since they looked busy and i knew i wasn't going to buy it ... from what i could see it was used but in pretty good shape, with most of the blueing intact, had wood ( or fake wood )grips ..

Used or new, it's still a good deal. These days, you just can't find any functional gun under $200 without the Hi Point paper box.
You can easily sell it for the same price if it don't work for you.
