Ruger charger

Can we legally have a ruger charger 10" here in Cali. I know this is a stupid question but does this count as an SBR or is it considered a pistol??

nope, its not on the pistol roster

there probably is a way to make it CA legal, make it a singleshot with a fixed mag block...then convert...similar to AR pistols

but then again, why would you want to bother?

Yeah, I wondered about that. I didn't know if the rimfire thing was different but then again I just wasn't thinking roster. Too bad because it could be a lot of fun on the bench or single handed off-hand shooting.
