    Glock triggers

Recently picked up a overwatch precision tac trigger for my g23. Must say with a ghost connector and a wolff spring kit it has completely changed the feel, crisp break, little take up. I am definitely liking it. For a hundred and thirty five dollars for the trigger its a nice upgrade. And it looks damn good too. Tried a zev, liked it but i could get a equivalent trigger or better for less dough. Anyhow I'm very happy with what I ended up with. I didn't really know what to expect as i had never tried the overwatch. Couldn't find any bad reviews so i figured I'd take the jump. I did have to use the oem trigger spring to get it to reset. The provided spring was not allowing the trigger to reset. In the end the combo worked very well... worth checkin out imo

Now that i have about 500 rounds down range. I am definitely sure i made the right choice on an aftermarket trigger. Its breaking around 4lbs and my groups are consistently getting better. I guess that would happen if i practiced with the oem setup. But i really didnt like the way it felt and it wasn't enjoyable to shoot. I love my g23 now, it has changed the entire feel of the firearm while maintaining 100 percent reliability. Anyhow i figured id update this thread for anybody who is considering updating their glock. Overwatch precision tac trigger gets my thumbs up when combined with a wolff striker and plunger spring and oem glock trigger bar spring.

I just bought a G34 and I'm looking to go full retard with it.

The Overwatch is #1 on my list of triggers for that gun. I have Zev PRO triggers in everything else and those are non-adjustable with factory trigger bars as well. With the 34 and Overwatch I'm going to be a little more flexible with what springs I can change out- hopefully I can get a little better feel on the trigger without any sponge to it.

Are you running the flat trigger or the newer curved Overwatch?

I put the Apex in my 34, no springs, and left the stock minus connector. I bought the Apex mainly for the feel on my finger.

The flat faced one with the little hook on the bottom. Its called the tac trigger i believe. Changed the entire feel of the gun.

I got a Glock 19 Gen 3 all original with 1200 rounds down range. The 5.5# trigger pull is easily manageable and with quality FMJ you should be 100%. I tried Tula 9mm and that stuff is weak and dirty.

Has anyone compared these Overwatch Precision triggers side by side with Zev, Pyramid, or Agency triggers?

I have an Agency (Agency shoe with polished OEM bar and polished OEM - connector, Wolf springs, Apex safety plunger) and used to have a Zev (full kit). I like the Agency more, but that's personal preference. I first ran stock with Zev internals and a Ghost connector, which improved things immensely, then the Zev, and now the Agency.
To be honest, unless you really prefer the flat trigger (for looks or performance), the stock trigger, - connector, any of the aftermarket plungers, and Wolf springs will give a much improved trigger pull.
I'm really liking my current setup, smooth take up, firm break, no over travel and solid, short reset, no failures in about 800rds without cleaning (just to see if it will choke, this isn't a nightstand pistol).

The agency definitely looks good. Very similar it seems to the overwatch setup. There is no question that either one is an improvement over the stock trigger. A lot of people swear by the stock set up its just something I can't get used to. I agree that no aftermarket part is a substitute for training, its just that a good trigger alows you to shoot on target with more consistent results.

There are a few of these aftermarket triggers that fail the firing pin block drop test.... read up on it.

The overwatch precision trigger has an oem trigger bar and passes all safety tests. Read up on it before you come in here dropping irrelevant bits of nonsense. Some triggers may fail but not all of them....

I went with the 3.5 ultimate. It's definitely light but I love it and have gotten used to it. My groups are much tighter and more consistent. Just don't jerk the gun as much when the trigger is pulled because the break is so much more predictable. I don't think it's for everyone and it doesn't substitute for practice and training. Here's a little pic.
