I've been looking for a CS9 without success so far. Have toyed with the idea of a 3913 or 3914 since they are the next size up. I actually like the dust cover design on the "Ladysmith" version, and really like the grey grips on the stainless one, but if I got a Ladysmith I think I would have to spay it. Can't handle the "girlie gun" thing. Do the 3914 and 3913 Ladysmith slides interchange with the non-Ladysmith versions?

I would think that they would, but I am not sure about the slides.

If you are in the IE. Centerfire firearms in riverside has a cs9 on consignment. It has one mag and I think it maybe going for 550. I'm not 100% on the price it may have been the 469 for 550. Best bet is to call them if your interested.

I've got another one for sale in the classifieds. The prices lately definitely surprised me...I tend to focus on S&W revolvers - and the climb in value for anything handgun that is "all steel" seems like a reliable thing.

The 4506 is such an iconic pistol (with iconic looks) but I finally came to terms with the fact that I hate the trigger pull. And I'm at a point in my life that I don't feel like I can hang on to guns I don't enjoy shooting.

Thanks! Unfortunately I am in NorCal. If anyone is aware of anything like this in the Bay Area please let me know.

I saw that 469 it looks beat and price is high. S&W actually made a 3913NL which means not Ladysmith. It has the Ladysmith style dust cover but does not say Ladysmith on the gun.

You're right, it is pretty beat up but I think it was at bullseye. I told the clerk that 450 was more reasonable but he laughed at me and said that's what they go for and it may not be there tomorrow. Of course it was there last weekend when I went bac to look around.

The 469 has been there for weeks. It will probably gather dust.

Adding mine to the supply. Easy on the price comments, though.
