Don't the SKUs have to match up to the DROS system?

So between the new Glock 17 and the 19 RTF2, none that are CA legal?

To my knowledge Glock's are listed in the DROS system by model number and color. There is a 17RFT2 (Black) in model drop down tool.

I've got to think that unless they are materially identical to the original RTF2's, they will not be considered on roster.

Also if they are made in the USA then they are not on roster

Awesome! Buy them quick! I have both original Glock 17 & 19 RTF2 in black with fish scale slide serration. Best Glock frame texture in my opinion.. I wonder how much they will be selling for on Lipsey's?

You are correct. They are not and they are not.

In the Lipsey's FB launch video (part 2), LAV and the Lipsey's guy explicitly stated these are NOT CA compliant.

I really doubt Larry and the other guy work as hard as we do here in CA to determine if something is Compliant or not. Personally I think the high cap mag are the issue, the gun itself is listed in the dros system, Gen 3 17 RTF2, made in Austria, the only thing different is the sights, which I have purchase Gen 3's with night sights, all the other items are not installed and come in a bag. Doesn't matter, no dealer is going to sell them here, we'll just have to wait until they hit the private party market.

They are not night sights, however. CA Roster only exempts different night sights.

So if a dealer prior to the single shot exemption being banned could modify a handgun to make it a single shot, can a dealer replace the the mags and install stock sights?
