Smart Trade?

I have a Beretta Cougar catpack limited edition with hard case and two mags
in a .45 Cal with about 600 rounds down the pipe.

Trade for a

S&W 4006 .40 Cal with 8 mags and less then 1000 rounds through it?

Unless the gun don't shoot well in your hand, other wise I feel that is a step down trade.

The gun shoots great. I just dont shoot it very often when I go to the range I always have my usp .45 I dont know what it is I think I am just getting tired of .45's

Then keep the Beretta and get a decent .22lr. Why would you want a S&W .40?

Something Different...... I want to trade for some type of long gun, just not sure what to go with yet.

The guy i was talking about the trade with said he didnt want to trade for any of his rifles sooooo I might just hang on to it for a while longer.
However he does have the SW.
