trigger markings on trp

I saw a springfield trp stainless steel today. There is a marking "cc" on the tigger similar to what is shown in the attached pic. But I don't have any markings on my own trp. I just wonder what that marking means.

I found a pic of that trp I saw. Did someone try to remove the marking before? or it is just that manufacture did not mark it right?

Sharp edges were buffed to smooth the gun. "SS" became "CC".
