Hope someone can clarify this for me. Some people say a private party gun seller cannot sell more than 5, and some say 6, guns per calendar year. Also, I've heard different opinions as to whether or not two guns sold to the same person and DROSed at the same time is considered one or two transactions. Does someone know the answers, and where this rule, regulation or statute resides? Thanks everyone.

5 handundgun transactions per calendar year. Any number of handguns can be sold per transaction, but only 5 transactions. I believe the letter of the law says "less then 6". You can buy as many PPT handguns as you want, no monthly limit.sigpic -
