P320 RX

Curious if anyone has tried to purchase an RX at full price from a shop outside of CA for just the upper/grip module. Should be a legal purchase, right? The shop can keep the FCU/any non 10 round magazines and mail the rest directly to us, right?

I'm hoping Sig sells just the upper, but I'im guessing it'll be a while ( or even never) before that ever happens

Yeah, honestly I'd be surprised if they released it as an exchange kit within a year.

I think that will be a big hit for people who already own the 320. I think it would be dumb on sigs part not to make it as an exchange kit...

It's easy enough to buy a dot ready slide for any gen Glock.

There are guys wanting to shoot Production Optics, or just for kicks.

If SA started selling slides for the XD, SIG's interchangeable pistol for all seasons will seem like overpriced hype.

Timing is weird with Gray Guns talking about their drop-in trigger job in a box. I wonder if SiG will license and sell it like they did with SRT.

Anybody having any luck locating an out of state dealer that is willing to sell them the upper/grip?

I've offered to pay full price to several sellers on gunbroker for just the upper and grip, but everyone thinks it would be an illegal sale.

The romeo1 supposedly will come with a mounting plate that replaces the P320 rear sight without needing a full slide or to hold you over until the full slide comes out.

I like the P320, but the lack of exchange kits available has been disappointing.
