    Smith and Wesson!

Finally pulled the trigger on a 686+

It has been on my short list for about 4 years, just never bit the bullet so to speak. Well here it is finally!

The 6" felt nice. I can see a 6" revolver in my near future. Maybe in .44 magnum

I've had my eye on the S&W 929.

Pulled the trigger and bit the bullet, huh?

Would have waited for one without the external lock. They do come up for sale once in a while . . .

Why so worried about the lock? I mean, they look better without -- but you can always disable the lock like most of us 686+ post-lock owners do.

Great gun. Fantastic trigger for a stock modern revolver.

Very nice. I've had a 686+ on my list for a few years, I just seem to keep putting it on the back burner.
